The Role
At Mighty Networks, we believe communities are the next generation of digital business. As a Launch Specialist on our Mighty Pro team, you’ll be the driving force behind onboarding some of the world’s most ambitious creators, entrepreneurs, and brands—ensuring their premium custom-branded apps go live on time, on brand, and ready to thrive.
You’ll serve as the project lead and primary point of contact for new Mighty Pro Hosts, owning the 6-8 week launch process from kickoff through handoff. With a sharp eye for detail, a clear communication style, and a bias toward action, you’ll manage multiple concurrent projects while making every Host feel supported, confident, and empowered to succeed.

What You'll Do
- Own the launch journey from Welcome Call through app store submissions and final handoff—delivering launches on time, with polish and care.
- Lead and coordinate all launch calls and workshops, partnering closely with Community Strategists to align Hosts to their launch timeline and goals.
- Act as project manager—defining timelines, tracking deadlines and milestones, coordinating across teams, and managing day-to-day communications.
- Coordinate app readiness from start to finish, including collecting assets, drafting descriptions, managing approvals, and hitting submission deadlines.
- Handle lightweight configuration and setup where needed, including uploading content, structuring the network, and making small tweaks that elevate the member experience.
- Use internal tools (HubSpot, Slack, Host Portal) to document progress, ensure visibility, and prevent anything from slipping through the cracks.
- Escalate risks and resolve blockers, responding timely to questions and always staying a step ahead of potential delays.
- Execute seamless handoffs to the Customer Success Manager once the Community Design Plan is delivered, when the apps are live, and the Host is primed for long-term success.
What We're Looking For
- Project leadership experience in a customer-facing role—you’ve led onboarding or implementation projects from end to end and thrive under a deadline.
- Clear and confident communicator, with the ability to lead calls, write crisp updates, and strike the right tone in every interaction.
- Detail-oriented and self-directed—you manage timelines, follow checklists, and follow through without hand-holding.
- Comfort with technical tools and platforms—you’re not afraid of app store portals, CMS tools, or light integrations, and you know when to call in support.
- Systems thinker with human focus—you care about building scalable processes, but never forget there’s a person on the other end of the email.
- Collaborative team player, skilled at working across disciplines—whether with design, product, advocacy, or community strategy.
- Excellent meeting facilitator—you set agendas, read the room, guide discussions, and close with clarity and momentum.

Compensation: The base salary for this role ranges from $50,000–$80,000 USD, with exact compensation based on location, experience, and cost of living.
